Each team member gets 1 food ticket (choose from sandwiches, wraps, baked goods). We’ll also provide light snack bowls on each table (think pretzels, popcorn, or chips) so teams can graze while they game.

  • The package requires a minimum of 12 people to book (that ensures a lively team experience). We can accommodate groups up to around 40 people comfortably in our café space. If your team is larger than 40, let’s chat - we may offer a full cafe buyout or split into multiple sessions to cover everyone.

  • We’re located in Burlington with ample free parking on-site, so your team can easily arrive by car. No need to worry about downtown traffic or parking fees - pull up, park, and come on in! We’re also accessible via major roads, making it convenient for teams coming from around the Halton region.

  • Absolutely. Our standard snacks are nut-free and we offer vegan and gluten-free options if needed. If anyone on your team has specific dietary restrictions, just let us know in advance. We’ll adjust the snack bowls or drink options accordingly (for example, we can provide dairy-free milk for coffees, or separate gluten-free snack portions). Your team’s comfort and safety are a priority.

  • Yes, of course. We will provide an itemized invoice for your booking - it will include our business details, HST, etc., which you can use for accounting or reimbursement. We can accept company credit cards, e-transfers, or corporate checks. If your company needs any vendor setup forms, we’re happy to fill those out too.

  • We are flexible! Team building events can be scheduled on weekdays during business hours or early evenings. If you prefer a morning or lunchtime session, we can accommodate that as well. Just indicate your preferred date and time on the form, and we’ll make it work.
